Indian Hills is a small, impoverished community located in south Texas near the U.S-Mexican border. Located at one end of Indian Hills is a privately owned golf course and RV part. Immediately adjacent to that golf course is a small, disenfranchised neighborhood. At the border between both communities is fence with a sign, facing towards the neighborhood, with the words “Warning Guards with Shotguns” written on it
